Let’s face it . . . meditation isn’t easy.
Most people have a hard time meditating, especially in Western culture where it’s more admirable to be productive than still.
So it makes sense that in a culture that values being active, one would need to approach meditation actively as well, rather than passively as is traditionally taught. Interestingly, it is through active meditation that you truly find peace of mind.
